This sounds like Newsies or Oliver Twist made into a fantasy. I’m all about kids who have been dealt a rough hand, taking matters into their own hands to survive. I am a newcomer to fantasy, but this sounds perfect. It sounds like there is world building, but it shouldn’t be too much that I’m confused (which happens in some fantasy books 😵💫). I’m excited to pick this one up!!
