When I read the synopsis of "The Tempest of Tea" by Hafsah Faizal, I wasn't sure if it was a novel that I would enjoy reading. However, after having read the "sneak peek", I was convinced otherwise. I found the novel thus far to be well-written, with interesting characters and an intriguing plot. Arthie Casimir owns and runs a tearoom in White Roaring. She caters to the "regular" crowd by day and the vampire crowd by night. Everyone know of her nightly customers, but there is no proof. The "sneak peek" ends after the Horned Guards make a surprised visit but are unable to find proof. I'm looking forward to seeing how this interesting novel progresses!
