The cover is lovely and I liked the interior illustrations, but this is not a story I would read. The premise of vampires is just an absolute turnoff for me, so I wouldn't get past the summary if I were browsing for a new book. I'm also not really into YA, so that's another miss. But the writing's good, and fantasy is a hot seller currently, so I'm sure genre fans will love it.
