I have had my eye on this book since it was announced, and needless to say I was not disappointed (and it was only the first couple of chapters, wow!) Immediately, I was fully immersed into the world and loving the characters. The half-vampire concept really stuck out to me, as well as the overall concept of the tearoom. I am excited to read more, as this duology could go in many possible directions.
