Well, I finally finished "A Sparkle of Silver". I cannot tell you how many times I picked it up, read a few pages, put it down and read other books in between. It finally held my interest after 200 pages. Thank you, Bookish First, for the opportunity to get to read this novel. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The main character, Millie, is a lover of romance novels just as I am. Due to circumstances, she finds herself in need of a second job for the purpose of finding a 90 year old treasure that her grandmother told he about. There she meets a man who eventually agrees to help her find the treasure and share it. They go through many trials and tribulations while looking and in the end it turns out to be a happy ending love story.
