Grasped the feeling of caring for the aging population

The first chapter was a tragically beautiful way of portraying the struggle many people go through in caring for their aging relatives, touching on finances and hardships of having relatives with Dementia and Alzheimer's. I also very much enjoyed the change of scene in the second chapter switching to a fraudulent crime. I am very excited to see how both worlds connect later on in the novel. I very much enjoyed the style of writing of the author. The emotional tone of the characters was strong and you could actually feel the tension while reading about both character's struggles. From the short excerpt that I read, I would recommend it for those who are eager to see how a woman's ill mother and a man's fraudulent mother connect.
