A bit outlandish but perhaps a hidden treasure

I am undecided on this one. The cover brings to mind a wedding novel set in some wealthy coastal community. The synopsis and first pages were certainly not what I expected and I am not precisely sold on the search for lost treasure and search for the lost identity of the great grandfather plot line.
