I'm so blown away after reading the excerpt in one sitting. This is simply amazing. I loved everything about this short-term the beautiful writing, the characters that are so real they jumped off the page, the enchanting magical system, the lush setting, everything was superb! I couldn't get enough as I was so sad when I came to the last page. I need more immediately. I quickly came to love Eva and I'm really hoping that she and Is a don't really have to fight to the death for the crown. Their love for each other when they were children couldn't have left them! And I really hope there is more to the Queen than the unfeeling meanie(yes I'm an adult and I just used the word) that we saw at first glance. I want them to change their world! I loved Fatah the magical beings that were in the story including the fae, bloodkin, and Khimaer. The cover is also stunning! It really pulls you in to want to read it as much as the synopsis! This was just so beautiful and enchanting. Yet still mysterious and foreboding. An adventure I can't wait to finish. I need more!
