In only a few chapters, this book has managed to completely suck me into the world of magick and the rivalry between Eva and Isa. Between the two sisters there is an obvious rivalry, but that was what one of the things that made me love this first look. Eva is in Isa's shadow and compared to her, is at an extreme disadvantage, yet Eva has her own support system with Falun and Mira. There was a lot of info given about the strained relationship between the sisters and the queendom, and I can only guess at what'll happen next between them. If the rest of this book is anything like the chapters I read today, then it should be a thrilling one!
