This is right from the start a story that is one that grabs the readers imagination. The very idea that sisters are destined to fight to the death is abhorrent to this reader but from the sample I've just read this depressing scenario is written in a way that fully got my attention. Two very different sisters are introduced and I will say it's felt like the author wants us to share the emotional pull. What really got me sitting up and taking notice though is the magic in this world and I looking forward to the publication of this book.
