The storytelling is just impressive. A crime mystery from the point of a dad who’s a pastor as well! Mother is a lawyer, defence attorney and the victim mother is a professor of law?! Impressive to say the least! To have such a good description/presentation of not only a family drama but the struggle of personal decisions for someone with strong beliefs, it’s just a delight to read. Definitely a book that if you have the luck/bad luck of starting it in the evening before going to bed... you are not going to get much sleep that night. I mean how could you stop your brain from trying to second guess what’s happening next?! Why? And how? And how would you even consider that?! Just a brilliant read. Thank you to the author.
