The author, M.T. Edvardsson, is new to me and I received an Advanced Reader Copy of this book for review.
This is a legal thriller but even more it is a family drama. The daughter, Stella, is arrested on murder charges. This book follows the story from arrest to trial in three separate sections from the father's view, Stella's view and finally the mother's view.
This story will make you really think about what you would to protect your family and your friends. Would you perjure yourself to protect someone else?
The only part I found confusing was the part about there being multiple judges for the case because this story takes place in Sweden and there trial system is different.
