I absolutely loved this thriller! The story is told from different perspectives and aims to unravel the death of a local man. This book is perfectly paced and slowly unravels both current evens of the characters and experiences from their pasts. I loved the family dynamic as it was so realistic...nothing was picture perfect about them and made the characters so likable and relatable. This book was translated from I think Swedish and the European vibe was irresistible and interesting. My favorite main character was the father, as his love for his family was tangible. Again, he was a flawed character and nothing about him was perfect, but it made him that much more interesting to read and learn about. Such a great thriller, don't miss this one!
