My first impression was immense sadness. Because the book started with a Father and Mother in a courtroom waiting to testify, I assumed the parents would be testifying regarding something their daughter had done or been involved with. If that was the case then their lives would be changed forever. Regarding the book cover, I thought it was dull. After reading what I did it seems to match the story. I would like to know if my thoughts were accurate or not.
