I have enjoyed books by every Swedish author I’ve read. Thus I was curious to read Mr. Edvardsson’s Book from the start. The courtroom scene at the very beginning was enough to make me want to read more. Stella appeared to be a typical 18 year old in regard to interactions with her parents in the early chapters. It was obvious she was going to cause worry for her parents, and I wondered how serious the nature of her actions would be. I wonder about many parts of the story yet to come and especially how her father, a pastor, will handle what seems to have occurred. This book definitely has me wanting to know more.
