First I liked the cover it is beautiful.
That being said I have so many questions. When Imogen is telling her story, it's like a split universe. She has 2 lives, yet we only hear about how she has been locked up in a castle with other members of the royal family and the court. There were a few times where she talked about her other life. That is where I was a bit confused.
Her father King Stuart, his health isn't all that. Kind of like the mad king on Game of Thrones. He is nice one minute then raging mad the next. The only daughter who seems to calm him down or at least talk some kind of sense into him is Imogen. Or so we thought.
I like how authors have their own take on the paranormal. They put their own finger print on it.
A multitude of Dreams is just that. The authors own take on those who live in the night, who feed off of the living.
Nico was putting this together and trying to survive himself, while Imogen was trying not to starve. As the 2 met they decided they need to find others to survive and along their way, they figured out who was the cause of their pain. Lord Crane!!
The book was slow at times, then it picked up. It was still a good read, yet I still have questions.
