A multitude of dreams is a YA fantasy romance retelling with vampires by Mara Rutherford. I've also read the Poison Season. This book was described as everything I wanted. Unfortunately what I was excited for really fell flat. As a jewish reader always in search of representation, I was mostly excited because this had that. But there wasn't much that felt positive in relation to that aspect. A lot of people in the book were antisemitic and it was just hard to read. This book also had a romance with enemies to lovers, and hidden identities. I did not connect with the relationship between Nico ad Seraphina. The identity stuff ironically just made me confused at the beginning. I think I would have liked it better if the synopsis was more clear and explained that she was posing as Imogen. However, this did have fun gothic vibes and a was a creative retelling
