I really like the cover, and some parts of the blurb sound interesting. However, after living with a "plague" for the past few years, I'm not sure I'd want to read this at this time. There seem to be a lot of characters, and I wonder if that will be overwhelming at the story unfolds. I did like the Edgar Allan Poe connection.
