Seraphina has been living at Eldridge for the past 4 years after leaving her family and community to die of the mori roja. No one can come in, and no one comes out. This fresh retelling of Poe's The Masque of the Red Death seems so intriguing and exciting! I always felt like the original was far too short and am excited to see how Mara Rutherford tells it in her own way through the eyes of Seraphina.
