I was very intrigued by the synopsis because Edgar Allen Poe's writing is always so interesting to read. However, I found the writing and storytelling simplistic and a little too easy for Young Adult. It began as though it was intended for a Middle Grade audience. I do wish to complete the story though. I would love to see where the plot goes.
