I have long been a fan of Mara Rutherford's work, so I was excited to read an excerpt from this story. I appreciate the jump into action quickly in this story and the depth of Imogen's character. Hers and Nico's motivations are strong and there's a darkness lurking at the edge of the pages. I am eager to see what is next in this tale.
