First of all the cover is gorgeous!! From the first look read Mara Rutherford is a skilled writer and the book had me hooked immediately from the first few pages.. I can’t contain my excitement for this book!! I loved Edger Ellen Poes retelling. I liked the way the story draws you in. I’m hooked and want to know more.
