The cover! The story! The anticipation!

I'm not sure that this will be a good "First Impression", because I'm too excited about this book to possibly write coherently. Using tea as the foundation of the magic system is beyond brilliant and an important way to mix culture and fantasy - Ning seems like an incredible heroine and I cannot wait to dive into this story. I think this is one of my most anticipated 2022 books (with a sequel coming out FIVE MONTHS AFTER - INCREDIBLE).
