This feels like a daring and magical quest. The story begins with Ning who is caring for her dying sister. She is a Shennong-Shi, who are master tea brewers and interpreters, and decides to compete in a completion in the capital city. The story, for me, starts out a bit slow but I can see the potential brewing. Ning is a brave and strong character, and I love the tender relationship she has for her sister. The cover is beautiful and I love the color choices.
