I can't believe this is a debut story. The writing and the worldbuilding feel so sophisticated and polished. Judy I Lin's prose pops right off the page and captures the reader's attention, which is sure to appeal to teen readers and anyone who picks this story up. I'm really looking forward to reading this and am hopeful that if it ends in a cliffhanger as YA series often seem to do, that it won't be too long until the follow up sequel is published.
