A gripping introduction filled with atmosphere

I loved how vivid the tension was from the very start. There's a sense of dread woven into every movement and it's obvious that while we many not understand everything that's going to happen, the main character is desperate for an answer she may never get. I am absolutely riveted and cannot wait for more.
