This is my first book by this author and it got so much hype. I was so excited to start this one and I did finish it very quickly. I did this the beginning 2/3 of the book was a little slower than I would have liked, but it wasn't so boring that I wanted to stop reading the book. I do think some of the scenes could have been cut. I did enjoy that the book was told from multiple viewpoints and also had court transcripts in it and diary entries. I like books that take you out of the narrative like that. I did really think once the book picked up it was really good and I liked the ending a lot. I'm glad I stuck with it and it was definitely worth the read for me, even though I didn't love the beginning.
