This book kept me flipping the pages and guessing. Very well written. Although I didn’t guess it all I did smell some of the “fishy” characters but I didn’t see some of the twists coming.
Set in Brooklyn NY, with wealthy parents. From the start we try to figure out Who killed Amanda. Her husband is the one that gets charged and he calls on his old law school friend, Lizzie, to represent him. As Lizzie starts trying to find answers to this murder, she’s faced with questions about her own relationship.
Some characters are highly unlikeable.
Filled with snippets of courtroom Dialogue, in addition to very well written characters, this book is great overall and I would recommend it to many readers.
