The first few pages were intriguing, but the next two chapters really drew me in. What had happened to Zach's wife? His description does not sound like a man who would do anything criminal. He is interested in making money, but seems like a quiet and gentle.
I was totally blindsided by the grand jury testimony. And after Amanda's encounter with Sarah, there are so many twists and turns this story can take. And I would enjoy going through the plot maze to see how, or if, anyone makes it to the exit!
