First and foremost I love retellings and especially with cultural significant intertwined into them. I am not familiar with the story of the Treasure Island but I do love books with pirates I'm accused fan of Adventure and especially as a reader of Asian descent cultural stories like these immediately and Mars me and connect me with my background and Heritage. I like to think of the story as a Asian or Chinese retelling of a Treasure Island filled with pirates adventures and stories. Some of the characters remind me of myself my family and my friends as my mom was told me and but tell me stories of Adventures and I would also drives to go on adventures myself especially if I was on a fleet or ship traveling into sea. I am excited to see what Adventures Anhn would go on and what Treasures they will find on the Treasure Island and if it is a real literal treasure or something they should hold close to their heart
