The prologue of this book is written in 3rd person present tense. I don't know about other readers, but I have a REALLY hard time with 3rd person present. My brain just does not like it. However, from chapter one, it switches to first person present which I have no problem with whatsoever. I liked the friendship between Xiang and Master Feng. It came across as warm and open and a little bit playful. I think I might want to read more.
