Just in the first few pages alone I got a really good idea of each of the characters' personalities. I love how adventurous, brave, and strong Anh is. Having her as a female protagonist is amazing, especially because she's Asian and we don't have enough of those characters! I look forward to the art in the book and I would love a key to know how to pronounce some of the character's names. I noticed Mẹ has a dot under the "e" and I'm not sure how to pronounce it. I would love to get the pronunciation right as I'm reading the story!
