I feel like I need to lead with a disclaimer: I HAVE ONLY READ THE FIRST CHAPTER OF THIS BOOK-- With that being said... I love Cynthia Weil's writing. The perspective writing is just uncanny beautiful. The synopsis did tell more about the chunky plot-line, but I do like that she's starting with introducing the characters. It gets me wondering. Is she going to use the three different perspectives of how the three "siblings" meet? Is it all going to be from KT's perspective? Is her mom's long list of ex-boyfriends going to get in the way? There is so so so much potential for this book. I am expecting to love it. Though, my rating is a four, not for the plot, as I do not know much about it. The four star rating is for the writing style that drew me in from the first sentence and has me searching for a copy of this book to listen to, to read online, to have as an e-book, or hopefully, as a physical copy. I will update once I have completed this book!
