This was a sweet coming of age story. The characters embark on a journey to find answers and through the process discover different things about themselves. I found myself easily empathizing with the characters as they attempted to learn more about themselves throughout the process of the novel. The questions they were facing about themselves and the world that they knew were easily relatable as well. I particularly loved the relationships that were built and how the characters learned to look beyond their own needs and desires to create a stronger relationship and familial bond with one another. Overall, a really lovely story that I had a lot of fun reading and would definitely pick up more from the author in the future.
