Three very different teens seek out their father and a series of unfortunate events finally leads them to their donor father. At times predictable, at times too far-fetched, and at other times endearing. This coming of age story was balanced with the right amount of humor and seriousness.
There were some areas when it dragged, when it just got too far away from the original story, but overall it was a interesting take on what it means to find who your family is, as well as finding yourself.
In terms of character development and plot, it could have been executed better. It's hard to find the characters relatable, they have have their faults, but their redeeming qualities are less present. Overall, funny and unique perspective on finding family.
