The premise of this novel was very intriguing, something I don't think I've ever read before. While the first chapter doesn't give you a lot more than one main character being a moody teenager whose father walked out on her very pregnant mother who now cannot keep a steady relationship ever...we don't get much of the story. I'm still interested in possibly delving more into the novel - I mean it's only the first chapter.
