Not sure how I feel about this "First Impression", to be honest. The female main character is incredibly mean to her mom, which is a big pet peeve of mine. And the last thing I want to encourage my high school students to do is be mean to their parents just because they don't approve of their life choices. That said, I'd be willing to give it a chance, even if just to see how the other characters pan out.
