The beginning of the book starts like a lot of stories where the child is more grown up than the mom (who needs a man, any man, to live). KT is the standard 16 year old who vacillates between loving her mom and hating her while wishing (& needing) her to grow up and be the parent.
Because this is a First Impression, I am unsure how the characters will grow in this book, but I am anxious to find out. I hope it continues to move forward because this could be a fun and engrossing story if it continues on the path it is on. I am extremely interested in the premise and hope that I get to meet the other two siblings and join them on their journey to meet Donor 806.
