First off, the cover seems like it is a good fit for the book. When I saw it I immediately knew the book was YA and probably featuring a road trip of some sort. Then I started the sample and it was actually more enjoyable than I expected. I liked KT and the writing was clear and enjoyable. That being said, I'm not the target audience for this book. I prefer my YA to be Fantasy. I'm not a big fan of realistic fiction (no matter how implausible) .
