Don't take the title of this review in a bad way. Cliche can mean good sometimes. That being said, I can see this book, "806" by Cynthia Weil having a great plot, and in general, being a book that is adored by the readers. There are many components that I enjoyed right off the bat, such as the character, KT and her best friend, Sasha (even though she hasn't really been introduced yet). They both seem to have a great chemistry just at first glance. I also loved how the author started the novel off, with an email about success and failure. What I didn't enjoy, was the character of the mother. I am sure that she has some important role throughout the story, but a couple page in, and I already was quite annoyed by her.

That aside, it seems like a great book to get invested into (and the cover itself is a work of art!). Can't wait to find out more!
