This book is a unique dystopian novel that is written well. I love that we get to see the dual perspectives of Jack and Althea-310. When I initially read the blurb and excerpt, I knew this book would be different. And it was in such a good way.
The story follows Jack and Althea-310. Althea-310 is beginning to feel different from her kind, in particular, her sisters. Jack is a human. And when they meet and continue to have conversations things begin to change. More questions are being asked.
As the story goes on, we find out the story isn't just a romance but focused on character development. They are encouraged by society to believe and act certain ways so when they do something unexpected it could be life-altering.
