Notes and Opinions: When I read the sample of this via Bookish First I was so in love. I thought I was going to die-hard love this one but once I really got into it I ended up not liking it at all. The ending was the best part of this story! Jacka nd Althea-310 were great for the most part as characters but they still felt like they were lacking something. Things in this young adult novel got a little weird with the clone pairing ritual and well it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way. The story once you get into it felt very bland and without real emotion and there was one other part with a rape that was glossed over and that also didn't work out for me at all. I really wanted to love this one but so much of it just didn't work for me. The one thing that this book had going for it was the world building that was done so incredibly well!!!
