The concept behind this story seems really cool, and I was very interested to see how it could play out. When I began, my curiosity quickly became mixed because something about the characters and writing just didn't do it for me. The writing seemed a bit choppy/robotic. Since it is a book about clones that would make sense and actually be really good on the author's part, but I'm not sure whether or not they did it on purpose. Maybe if I read the whole book I'd get a better sense of it. Another small issue I had was it felt like the writing was too directed at the reader, if that makes sense. The character (Althea-310) would ask herself questions just to answer them and give exposition. But it's still a really interesting concept with what seems to be good execution, so I'm on the fence about this one.
