I need more info

I’m intrigued but don’t completely understand. What is a Althea? A clone? Is Jack the only “full human” left? And how are they different?

I do like sci-fi and stories set in somewhat realistic Futures, so I’d like to hear more but wouldn’t put it on my TBR quite yet.
