I am super intrigued by this, and can't wait to see how it examines what is lost when we extinguish individuality. Can humanity be perfected? I also like that it shows that the nine groups have flaws as well. We can already see that leadership can enable brutishness, and the girl's group was characterized as being a little more unpredictable than the others. I hope the world-building holds up throughout the full book; it seems really carefully planned and involved.
