I really enjoyed this book! I received an arc and finished this book just in time for those wanting to improve their listening skills for their New Years resolutions. This book would be a great tool to help. It is inspiring and helped me to recognize the importance of listening. I’m definitely very guilty of tuning people out and picking out the most important parts of a conversation and I want to change that. I never had that goal until I read this so I would definitely say it is a worthwhile read. It’s very well researched and written in a way that isn’t difficult to follow. I loved the specific examples that were used that help improve listening skills. It was very helpful and I can’t wait to try some of the activities.
