For a non-fiction book, I read this one fast! I loved all the different types of listening and the difference between hearing and listening! I think as a society we loose the ability to listen and this book just showcased the way we process the information and how a lot of the time we choose not to listen. We are often busy thinking of what we want to say instead of focusing what the person in front of us is telling us. The way we listen impacts our relationships and how other people see us. My favorite chapter was the one that talked about your relationship with your partner! I made my husband download the audiobook immediately! I liked that the author outlined different ways that we can start listening better. Overall, this was a very food book!
