I was really excited to see this title. As a mom and a wife our voices aren't heard as much and we tend to get ahead of ourselves and not listening as well. My favorite quote already in the book ........."Indeed, the ancient Greek philosopher Epictetus said, “Nature hath given men one tongue but two ears, that we may hear from others twice as much as we speak.” I feel as if this book has the power to change a person's life and have a ripple effect. The author took her time, did the work and it shows. She has great writing skills to keep the reader engaged and wanting to turn the page.
