I always struggle with what to think about books like this. It's a nonfiction book about listening. It includes the author's anecdotes and observations alongside research and the implications for success and failure in listening. However, I can't figure out who the intended audience is. People who think they're good listeners will think they don't need this book, and people who don't care about listening still won't care. I think you really have to be curious about the human condition and how to be better at being a human to actually read a book like this, and I don't know many like that.
