This is a much needed book for today’s world. It is incredible to witness how much people talk over each other, zone out when others are talking, or just wait for their turn to speak. We life in a world that is becoming more self absorbed by the day, and listening is becoming a lost art. I myself am guilty of not always listening to others and would love to read more and learn how to become a better listener.
